Sales Representative (Inside and Outside - Pompano Area)

We are a leading provider of pumps, lift stations, and related equipment. We’re seeking dynamic Sales Representatives to join our team, offering both inside and outside sales roles, with opportunities for inside sales reps to advance into outside sales positions. Our ideal candidate is a highly motivated, self-driven professional who can excel independently while thriving in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and promote company products and services to both new and existing customers
  • Assess customer needs and technical requirements to develop accurate estimates
  • Proactively prospect and engage potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with existing clients
  • Conduct periodic customer and site visits as needed
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Mechanical background is essential; experience with pumping systems is highly preferred, though other relevant mechanical expertise is valuable
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Detail-oriented and adept at meeting deadlines
